They have started investing in real estate in 2005 and the focus at that time was to reinvigorate urban areas by building modern looking duplexes. Besides that, they also invested in buy-and-hold single family homes and soon realized it wasn’t scalable enough to achieve their financial goals, so they have transitioned to multifamily apartments. Since then, have invested in 1,220 units between Texas and Alabama and are part of a multifamily mastermind with another 200 multifamily investors.
Ana holds degree and master’s in psychology and human development and have geared towards multifamily doing market research. Anderson holds computer science degree and master’s in marketing and has built an executive career in the Top3 companies in the technology industry.
